Jess McPhee
Exercise Physiologist

Jess graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in late 2024. She grew up in Gympie, where she spent much of her time as a competitive dancer and also enjoyed swimming and surf lifesaving. These experiences sparked her lifelong passion for movement and exercise.

In 2021, Jess completed a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management and continues to teach a wide range of dance styles to children of all ages. She has also participated in numerous dance exams and competitions throughout Queensland.

Jess is passionate about the role exercise plays in improving both physical and mental wellbeing. She believes everyone can benefit from making exercise a regular and enjoyable part of life. Her key areas of interest include musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, hydrotherapy, and working with children.

In May 2025, Jess became a certified Level 1 Kinetic Link Training (KLT) instructor. She values KLT’s functional, full-body approach to strength training and its ability to support clients in managing health conditions and enhancing overall performance.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time at the beach, going to the gym, and catching up with friends.
