Frequently Asked Questions

  • We will send you an electronic screening form. Please allocate 30 minutes to complete, and provide as much detail as you can. The more information you can provide us, the better we can help you. If you don’t complete this form prior to your first appointment, please arrive 30 minutes early to complete in the waiting area.

    Please also gather any other relevant documentation to your health and well-being (referral, MRI, CT scans, X-rays, previous treatment plans).

  • Comfortable clothing so that you can move your body.

  • Most convenient parking is at the eastern end of the car park. Look for the deep blue signage for “Noosafit 24-7”, which is next to Australia Post.

  • Front the front door, you will see a hallway. The bathrooms are combined toilet and shower. There are disabled, female, and male.

  • Firstly, be sure to notify us prior to your initial appointment. When the time comes for your appointment, let us know you are leaving to arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. When you are in the carpark give us a call and one of our friendly team members will meet you at your car. To make this easier, we recommend parking as close to the front door as possible to be able to assist you.

  • Of course! Bring whoever you would like, for example: carer/family member/support worker/sibling. 

  • We will discuss your needs, goals and motivations; ascertain an understanding of your health history; and develop a plan for the upcoming 3 months. This will be carried out in a private room. Your baseline measures will be taken and some physical testing may be performed.
