Meet Mr Smith, a 75-year-old Home Care Package recipient who was experiencing increasing difficulty with balance and mobility. Diagnosed with osteoporosis, he had a heightened fear of falling, which limited his activities, social interactions, and overall quality of life.

After connecting with The Allied Health Team, Mr Smith started working with one of our experienced exercise physiologists. A personalised exercise program was developed, focusing on strengthening his core muscles, improving his balance, increasing his bone density, and teaching him how to transition up and down from the floor safely.

Our exercise physiologist visited Mr Smith at home twice per week, guiding him through safe and effective exercises tailored to his abilities.
