Ryan’s Daily Routine:

Easy and enjoyable morning as my body doesn’t react well to stress first thing in the morning. Sleeping in is a good way for me to lower my stress levels and/or recover from a physical previous day. If I don’t sleep in: get in the fresh air and allow my mind to wake up slowly.

Enjoy the morning, do what I need to do in a peaceful way. This is when I complete the easy and simpler tasks for the day.

My mind is awake now, this is my time to shine and take action. I focus on the more complex and challenging work - getting the brain juices flowing 🤓

After the previous 2 hours of intense brain work I now go get some fresh air and move around to get the blood flowing again.

Since I’ve been saving my physical energy all morning, now is the time to use all that is left. My ideal types of physical activity are moderate intensity cardio and resistance training. Total exercising time is a little over an hour 🤸🏼♀️

This is the time of day where I really want to avoid tricking my body into thinking the day is over. So no napping during the golden hour 🌇

Time for deep thinking. Design complex processes, be creative, and reflect on the important aspects of my life.

Be in my calm and quiet space for physical and mental relaxation. Be peaceful and ready the body for bed 🧘🏽

Pretty self explanatory 😴
When I’m not asleep during this period my body gets stressed. Signs of this is swelling / bloating
