About us:

The team:

  • We push to get the most out of ourselves and each other

  • We help people unlock their full potential by delivering inter-professional advice and programs

  • Majority of our care is delivered in our clinics, with minimal travel throughout the day.

  • Travel in Gympie is performed in the company van

  • Try our hardest to be better than the status quo

  • We work with our clients for prolonged periods and see them on a recurring basis each week/fortnight/month. As such we perform daily case conferencing / team meetings - in person as well as via video call to our other clinics.

The Gympie setting:

  • We have our own stand alone clinic spanning across 300sqm with multiple private consulting rooms. The equipment has been picked out by our Director, specifically for our clientele (not your standard gym equipment).

  • Majority (>90%) of treatment is performed in our clinic, alongside our teammates. There’s minimal out-of-clinic treatment performed.

  • We use the Gympie ARC for warm water therapy. Not confident in the water but would like to be? No worries - we can train you up

  • Community / home visits are part of our duty of care; however with so many other mobile exercise physiology businesses our goal and main focus is primarily to help people get out of their comfort zone and come into the clinic to have that social interaction and use our equipment to provide a higher quality of treatment

  • Our company van is used for the travel to, from, and around our Gympie clinic

  • If you live on the Sunshine Coast, we have a company van to vanpool to Gympie in each day. The 45minute travel time each way is allocated to your weekly paid hours and is a great additional time to discuss clients and debrief from the day in an informal setting.

We are looking for someone who is committed to enhancing the lives of the people in the Gympie community and wanting to take the next step in their career.

Part-time and full-time positions available.
